To support Narragansett Bay Insurance Company’s mission of becoming the leading specialty underwriter of homeowners insurance products and services, we launched an initiative to reengineer our core information technology systems to better serve agents and policyholders. Our new core systems architecture, APEX, supports Narragansett Bay’s business niche as a specialty underwriter while, at the same time, deepening our commitment to high standards of excellence.
Narragansett Bay launched APEX in 2010. Now, our agent partners have access to topflight tools that enable them to become more efficient and better serve policyholders.
