Steffey, Jr., Chairman & CEO "Nick" has acquired 35 years of insurance expertise, including the successful building of Liberty International Holdings Inc., where he served as Founder, President and CEO. He also successfully revamped Reinsurance Australia, Ltd., while serving as CEO in 1999 and 2000.
	Geoffrey E. Hunt, Treasurer & Executive Vice President "Geoff" possesses over 20 years of financial and insurance experience, including managing Liberty Mutual Group subsidiaries, and the M&A group, where he led over two-dozen multi-million and billion dollar transactions.
	Albert J. Pereira, President and Chief Underwriting Officer Al carries over 26 years of successful insurance company management experience and was formerly President of Summit Insurance Company, a leading underwriter for agents in Rhode Island.
	Sean F. Murphy, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President Sean lends his more than 17 years of financial expertise to NBIC. He is the former Vice President of XL Capital Limited, one of the world’s largest insurance, reinsurance and financial services companies.
	Mark Talerico, Chief Risk Officer Mark brings over 25 years of insurance experience with a specialized concentration in exposure management from his extensive background as a Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management from Guy Carpenter, LLC, a leading global reinsurance intermediary.
	John Rafferty, Senior Vice President - Business Development John has over 25 years of industry experience inboth the US domestic and UK markets. Prior to joining Narragansett Bay, he worked as a program manager for Beazley, where he led the US development team for the Lloyds syndicate.
	Paul W. Liberty, Vice President - Claims Paul has gained over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, the last 21 with Narragansett Bay and its predecessor, Pawtucket Mutual Insurance.
	Linda T. Provost, Vice President – Underwriting Linda has 21 years of service with Narragansett Bay and Pawtucket Mutual, overseeing the underwriting functions of the company.
	F. X. Flinn, Chief Information Officer/Chief Technical Officer F.X. has extensive experience in software development and systems integration and is a Microsoft certified software engineer and software developer.
